Under this scheme 33 infrastructure center for collection and grading, 7 rural markets & 4 Apni Mandis have been developed during the last year by spending Rs. 9.45 crore.

            4 terminal markets complexes of fruits & vegetables will be established at Ludhiana, Jalandhar, Hoshiarpur and Mukatsar with the estimated cost of Rs. 300-400 crores. Similarly  4 commodity markets will be established with the cost of Rs. 8.00 crores (Two citrus markets Hoshiarpur and Abohar and other two are yet to be decided) and 11 infrastructure centers for collection and grading,  7 Rural/Apni Mandis will be developed with the total cost of  Rs.2.70 crores.
