Kisan Bhawan

Kisan Bhawan (Farmer's House) is located in the heart of the city beautiful, Sector 35 A, Chandigarh. A very neat and clean accommodation is being provided to farmers and general public on subsidized rates. About 300 dormitory beds have been provided at the rate of Rs. 25/- per bed for 24 hrs to farmers who visit Chandigarh. Good quality food at reasonable price for the persons staying in the Kisan Bhawan is being provided in the canteen attached to the Kisan Bhawan. There are also VIP/IP rooms for other guests. A conference hall with all modern equipment is also available to meet the requirements of meetings, seminars and conferences with seating capacity of 125 persons. A multi-purpose hall is also available for public functions/gathering of farmers, that can accommodate more than 800 persons.
